It certainly was for us. We'd cupped at lease 15 different coffees from every major growing region, some of them more than once, before we fell in love with this one.
It's an elevated example of a classic Guatemalan coffee, grown on small family farms around Finca Medina. About a mile high in elevation, traditional cultivars of Bourbon and Caturra are grown in rich volcanic soil. Best growing practices have earned them Rain Forest Alliance certification.
We are loving it brewed with an Aero Press, pour over, and electric drip. It would shine brewed with a French press or Moka pot, as well. Give it a try, and let us know if it's the full bodied, easy drinking coffee that you’ve been waiting for.
Classic, full bodied, easy drinking coffee. Delicious any time of day.
