How do I log in? I’ve been a customer for years and now my username and password aren’t working!

Hey there coffee lover- We see you! We’ve updated our new website to better serve you, with one caveat; you will need to create a NEW LOGIN. It will be quick and easy - just click here and follow the prompts. If you have any issues, don’t hesitate to reach out to orders@bluestarcoffeeroasters.com.

I’ve had a coffee subscription for a long time and now I can’t get access to change my coffee ordering preferences! How do I access my coffee subscription?

Hey current coffee subscriber! If this is your first visit to our new website, you’ll need to create a NEW LOGIN to manage your account. Good News - it’s easy! Just create a NEW LOGIN here.

Enter the email address associated with your current coffee subscription and a password of your choosing.

Once you have logged in, your subscription preferences and order history will appear under 'Account Details' > 'Manage Subscription'. Here you are able to change your shipping frequency, modify the quantity of coffee shipped, tweak your grind preferences, update your shipping details, and much more!

(Don’t worry: your coffee subscription was transferred to our new system and will ship as normal regardless of whether you create a log in. Creating a new log-in will enable you to manage all aspects of your subscription - and isn’t it fun to be able to manage your own coffee preferences, on the fly?!)

I want coffee on my doorstep more often. How do I change the frequency of my order?

Good news! It is easy to manage your subscription preferences and change the frequency of your shipment.

First, click on 'Log In' on the home page navigation bar next to the shopping cart. Once you are logged in, your account page will open.

Select the orange 'Manage Subscription' arrow that is located under 'Account Details'. 

Here, you can choose to 'Change frequency', 'Change next order date' or 'Pause/Resume Subscription'.

I want more coffee! How do I change the quantity of my subscription?

We’ve got you covered. 

First, you will need to sign in by selecting 'Log In' on the home page navigation bar, next to the shopping cart. Once you are logged in, your account page will open. Select the orange 'Manage Subscription' arrow that is located under 'Account Details'. 

Next, you will see your subscription order details. Scroll to the bottom of the window and select 'Edit Subscription'. Select 'Products in your subscription' and then 'Edit Quantity'. It’s as easy as that!

Here you can also 'Swap Products'. Maybe you want to try the new Roaster’s Choice this week instead of the usual? Update your coffee preferences here with ease.

I moved and I desperately need coffee. How do I update the address associated with my subscription?

Let’s get this figured out immediately! 

First, you will need to sign in by selecting ‘Log In’ in the home page navigation bar next to the shopping cart.

Once you are logged in, your account page will open. Select the orange ‘Manage Subscription’ arrow that is located under ‘Account Details’. 

Next you will see your subscription order details. Scroll to the bottom of the window and select ‘Edit Subscription’.

Select the drop down tab ‘Address and Shipping Information’ and then ‘Edit’.

Need to update your billing address as well? You can take care of that here, too.

I just received an email saying that my payment failed for my subscription... oops! I need to update my payment info. How?

No problem. 

First, sign in by selecting ‘Log In’ on the home page navigation bar next to the shopping cart. Once you are logged in, your account page will open.

Select the orange ‘Manage Subscription’ arrow that is located under ‘Account Details’. 

Next you will see your subscription order details. Scroll to the bottom of the window and select ‘Edit Subscription’. 

Next, select the tab ‘Payment Information’ and then ‘Edit’. Boom! Easy! 

Note: If you are able to take care of this within one week of receiving the email notification, your subscription will resume automatically. If additional time has lapsed, you will need to create a new subscription. 

Dang, I have to cancel my subscription.

We are so bummed to hear this!

You have two options: pause your subscription or cancel your subscription.

First: sign in by selecting ‘Log In’ on the home page navigation bar next to the shopping cart. Once you are logged in, your account page will open.

Select the orange ‘Manage Subscription’ arrow that is located under ‘Account Details’. 

To Pause: Select ‘Pause Subscription’ under ‘Subscription Status’. Then, easily resume it whenever you wish!

To Cancel: Scroll to the bottom of the window and select ‘Edit Subscription’. Scroll down and select ‘Cancel Subscription’.
