Full confession; we don't normally love coffee from Papua New Guinea. Most coffee from this origin is washed, with a vegetal earthiness that doesn't really float our boats. However - this carefully picked and naturally processed lot from the Jiwaka Highlands is exceptional and very rare.
Goes to show that there's a first time for everything - and we couldn't be more excited. Lush body, aromatic and full of character, this beautiful coffee has coffee cherry sweetness and a clean finish. Brew it any way you like - it will take well to all brew methods, each highlighting its deliciously idiosyncratic qualities.
