YASSSSS QUEEN!
We're not going to lie. There was nothing easy about bringing this coffee from Ethiopia to you. We cupped a LOT of coffee and spent some long days consulting with our friends at Royal Coffee before choosing this beauty. Once chosen, it then had to make it's way through dangerous shipping conditions and port closures before finally landing in Oakland. From Oakland it was loaded onto pallets and trucked to our roastery in Twisp. Whew!
Happily, it was well worth the wait. We are LOVING this coffee. It’s delicious any way folks may want to brew it, but it's especially well suited to brew methods that showcase clarity of flavor in the cup; espresso, Chemex, Aero Press & pour-over. It will shine made in an electric drip brewer, too!
