This elegant, sweet and berry forward coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia is a wonderful example of the wild coffees from this part of the world, where coffee originated. Grown with great care, at high altitudes on isolated farms deep in the mountains of Ethiopia, these beans bring with them attributes that we cherish in coffee - character, quality and distinctive flavor notes that are singular to their origin. The bean sizes vary from tiny (the size of a lentil) to large and oblong. This size variation requires extra attention & skill in the roasting process to bring out the elegant, wild complexity of this beautiful coffee.
For brewing, we are loving this medium roasted coffee as espresso, drip, Aero Press and pour over. Try it in your Moka pot, too - it's bound to be delicious.
