We chose this coffee for its impeccable pedigree and excellent quality. Grown and naturally processed with great care in the Sidama region of Ehiopia, deep in the mountains that flank the Great Rift Valley. Roasted a little lighter to highlight it's delicate sweetness, light berry notes, fragrant aroma and clean finish. We aimed for a cup that offers clarity and calm, in a time when both are in short supply.
