Shipping & Returns

We roast to order and ship on Thursdays. All orders are sent Whole Bean, unless otherwise specified in the Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order  box on the order form in your shopping cart. If you’d like us to pre-grind your coffee, please specify what brewing method you use and what grind your prefer.

Shipping Policy
Blue Star Coffee Roasters offers USPS Priority Mail shipping. Customers will receive tracking information in the form of an email from USPS. We do not charge a handling fee. Shipping prices are direct quotes from the shipping carrier.

International Shipping Policy

Blue Star Coffee Roasters uses USPS to ship international orders. Customers will receive tracking information in the form of an email from USPS 1 to 2 business days from the date the order was placed.

Return Policy

Blue Star Coffee Roasters stands behind our coffee and products and will do what it takes to resolve any issues that should arise. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us from our contact page or call 509- 997- BLUE (2583).
